Structis Construction Solutions Group is a leading multi-trade subcontractor providing a single-source solution across services including underlayment, insulation, fireproofing, waterproofing, and flooring for commercial and multifamily construction projects. The company is focused on delivering cost-effective, time-efficient, and high-quality solutions while simplifying project execution for clients.
With continued growth in the Southeast, Structis is expanding its Georgia operations and seeking a highly organized Office & Contract Administrator to support project and office functions.
Our Opportunity
The Contract Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Georgia office by managing administrative operations, coordinating contract documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with construction contracts and project workflows.
Responsibilities:
Contract & Project Administration
- Assist with preparation, review, and tracking of:
- Subcontracts
- Purchase orders
- Change orders
- Client contracts and agreements
- Schedule of Values
- Ensure all contracts are properly executed, documented, and compliant with company standards
- Track contract status, key dates, insurance certificates, and lien waivers
- Maintain accurate project documentation within ERP/project management systems (e.g., Acumatica)
Project Coordination Support
- Work closely with Project Managers and Operations teams to:
- Set up new projects in systems
- Maintain project files and documentation
- Assist with billing documentation and pay applications
- Coordinate communication between field teams, vendors, and clients
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure proper documentation for:
- Certificates of insurance (COIs)
- Subcontractor compliance
- Licensing and regulatory requirements
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in:
- Construction administration
- Contract administration
- Office management in a construction or subcontracting environment
Technical Skills
- Experience with construction/project management software (e.g., Acumatica, Procore, Sage, Viewpoint)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with construction documentation (contracts, lien waivers, pay apps)
