About Us

Structis Construction Solutions Group, LLC is looking for an organized and motivated 
Production/Operations Manager for our Operations Department.  We are an established, 40-year-old business with solid financial backing and an unrivaled reputation and loyal following of customers. We are looking for someone that is dedicated and willing to put the time and effort into the success of the team and themselves. Primary Objective

This person will perform a wide variety of duties to ensure the successful completion of contracted work in a quality manner on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable taking charge of operational flow and exercising diplomacy with clients in the multi-family construction industry. They will be polished, professional and have strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities and work assignments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision of field labor force including foremen and other construction personnel
  • Hiring, training and development of employee crew labor locally/ regionally
  • Create training protocols as deemed necessary to improve operational performance
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and injury-free work environment
  • Maintain good relationships with external clients including superintendents and subcontractors in other trades
  • Manage pipeline of projects in various phases
  • Monitor costs including labor, time, and materials and keep jobs moving forward on time and within budget
  • Job will be partially field based, and candidate will be expected to perform job site inspections prior to mobilization to ensure readiness
  • Report project status and performance data to management
  • Report directly to Regional Vice President

About You

  • Minimum 3-5 years construction experience in lead or supervisor capacity where you were responsible for the work of others. Working knowledge of concrete preferred
  • Results focused leadership and decisive in nature with proven ability to solve problems and effectively manage construction projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated success in effectively managing and coaching construction teams, delegating responsibilities and following up on progress
  • Understanding of blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure projects executed to correct standards
  • Ability to exercise diplomacy and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Foresight and desire to take initiative to achieve desired results with minimal supervision
  • Solution-minded, always looking for ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and communication
  • High level of organization with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  •  Ability to use excel and Microsoft Office
