Our Opportunity
Structis has an immediate opening for a Construction / Contracts Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as an integral team member.
Responsibilities:
Contract Administration Tasks
- Process new contrac
- Process change orders
- Order insurance/ send out renewals
- Order Bonds
- Order and renew business license
- Process warranty documents
- Process prequalification documents
- Add bids to the bid log
Assistant to Regional Vice President Tasks
- Help Maintain Calendar for Appointments, Travel arrangements
- Assist in Quarterly and yearly reports as needed with PP slides
- Assist in special projects such as customer and employee appreciation,
- Assist with Other excel reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Construction or Industrial related fields
- Strong organization skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Office.
