We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Business Partner to join our team. The individual will play a crucial role in supporting our sales, operations, and marketing go-to-market teams by providing administration, training, documentation, reporting, and light development within our CRM platform (Salesforce.com). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce.com CRM system, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving sales process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with revenue goals and operational excellence objectives. Establish Salesforce as the single source of truth for all customer interactions and records. Maintain a detailed Salesforce roadmap, aligning business objectives with platform capabilities to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.
  2. CRM Administration: Set up new employees and manage security protocols within Salesforce. Document processes, respond to user issues and requests, and manage public groups. Update and modify custom processes, investigate and resolve process issues, and collaborate with the sales team to manage price books. Adapt the system to reflect organizational changes and ensure compliance with Salesforce software updates.
  3. Strategic Process Alignment/Optimization: Work with various departmental teams to identify and optimize Salesforce processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and seamless integration with business systems and processes. Ensure that Salesforce development efforts align with our customer segmentation strategy and that data management practices support our overall business objectives within each segment.
  4. CRM Mastery & Enablement: Develop a comprehensive Salesforce training curriculum aimed at maximizing adoption and proficiency across sales teams. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce enhancements and updates across the organization.
  5. Operational Excellence: Champion continuous process improvement initiatives within our CRM and marketing automation platforms to increase sales operation's productivity and efficiency. Proactively assess system configurations, processes, and workflows to enhance user productivity, data accuracy, and overall system performance.
  6. Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data governance and integrity within Salesforce, driving best practices for data hygiene, enrichment, and maintenance. Design and manage custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com to deliver key sales analytics, fostering data-driven decision-making at all levels. Construct and manage advanced reporting systems in Salesforce.com to provide real-time insights to steer sales/marketing strategies and refine performance metrics. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress toward revenue goals.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator or higher level of certification along with a solid track record of CRM platform management.
  • At least 7 years' experience in sales operations, CRM administration or similar role demonstrating a strong acumen for enhancing sales processes and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to uncover insights that drive strategic business decisions.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Conga, and strong Microsoft Excel skills are a plus.
  • Adept at creating and conducting impactful training sessions and developing support materials.
  • Experience in maintaining up-to-date sales documentation and marketing resources, including proficiency in version control.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
